Trogon villa is a cozy eco-lodge located at Yongkola along the highway between Bumthang and Monggar and enjoys an extremely peaceful and isolated location amongst the nature with spectacular views of the mountains and far off villages.

The Bumthang – Monggar Highway is one of the best places for bird watching due to the undisturbed nature and very less settlements. Trogon Villa was inspired by the Ward’s trogon, an elusive bird that can be spotted in these parts. Sadly the Ward’s trogon is listed on the list of globally endangered bird, however Yongkola is one of the few places in the world to sight a glimpse of the elusive bird in its natural habitat.

There are 12 spacious rooms, clean and comfortable with attached bath and balcony. Their kitchen garden serves fresh and organic vegetables and a cozy bar to relax after your long journey.
