Located on a hill top near the Gangtey Goemba Monastery sits the Thegchen Phodrang Guest House overlooking the beautiful Gangtey valley. As a monastery guesthouse, the property is built in the traditional Bhutanese architecture design. The guesthouse has 9 beautiful rooms and every room is fitted with a traditional bukhari (wood burning stove). All rooms are fully wood paneled with good quality beddings and en-suite bathroom.
All proceeds from the Guesthouse is used to meet the daily expenses of 40 monks of Sha Chitokha Monastery.
